I've got much less of UML expertise than I expected. The course is hardly about UML. It's about very basics and some best practices. There is a lot of water not much related to the topic. Examples are pretty complicated. I'd prefer something from everyday life rather than from court staff which itself takes huge resources to be understood so I have two things to learn at a time. It's hard and not effective. There are pretty many mistakes in English which complicate understanding and distract. Illustrations are often not illustrating the topic and also distract attention. I'd prefer to see the lector. Entries and conclusions are long, contain a lot of unnecessary repetitve info and just take time. So, the course is OK as a very-very start in UML. It doesn't really teach. It offers a lot of theory. Almost no practice! I love Udemy courses for practice, but this is not about this course. Yet it gives some interesting knowledge though in a pretty boring way. Sorry. It's my first course from Udemy which I didn't enjoy.

I am one of the co-founders and was the CEO of Soundtrap, a service that lets musicians make music online in the cloud, collaborating together in the creative process from a multitude of devices. Soundtrap was acquired by Spotify in 2018.
I have, for the last 20 years, worked in a number of businesses and industries internationally, as a software and management professional as well as an entrepreneur. Examples of industries with many years of experience are: asset finance, logistics, software migration, software development tools, mobile services, e-learning, music recording, fundraising and fitness concept development.
My specialty lies in having deep knowledge in both software development (been hacking since I was a kid and have worked as a software architect for more then 16 years) and business/product development, having managed +75 people large regulatory business projects and also founded and managed businesses myself.
Most often I work as a leader in projects and take on roles such as product developer, CEO, CTO, CMO, growth hacker, project manager, architect, analyst or teacher/mentor.
I have run and am running (as co-funder) a number of start-ups in the areas of fundraising, mobile consumer service, business development training, software migration and music recording studio software.
