As other reviewers pointed out, this is quite a repetitive course. It takes 25 % of the time to explain why the topic is essential, but why would anybody buy the system without the same intentions? The sound quality is poor: three lectures were hard to hear even at maximum setting. Finally, there is no explanation for the title. There is no schedule, no plan, and no step-by-step program.
