Great course, however resources need to be printed and kept separately. Some songs don’t have the sheet music which is the main drawback. Otherwise it’s a great beginners course.

先ず、字幕の英文のスペルの違う英単語、意味不明の単語が多い。同じ楽譜のPDFソースがあり、本当に必要な楽譜のPDFがない。また、楽譜には指使いの番号がない。全てとは言わないが、所々に指番号が欲しかった。基本的なコードの印刷もなく、ダイアトニック、ディミニッシュなどの発展型のコードの説明は映像のみ。また、講師の演奏の指使いが合理的でなく、素人のような感じを受ける。

This course is a great course. The most complete piano course you will find on Udemy and maybe on the whole internet. It just has a small. yet very impactful, issue. I think that complete beginners who don't have uncommon musical learning abilities are going to have a very though time with it, which can be frustrating. This course doesn't focus much on learning scales one by one, or on other exercises for you to get acquainted with the piano. For it to be so embracing as it is (from zero to hero, as the name says), it seems to skip a lot of steps, so we have to do a lot more practicing and learning than is recommended or instructed by the course in order to properly follow it and play as expected. No competitor teaches as many songs or goes to as advanced of a level as this one. It is amazing how embracing this course is. However, some other courses are better for getting initiated with this instrument. After completing some of them it is a lot easier to follow this course and enjoy it to its fullest. This course is great, just not as a standalone purchase for beginners.

I'm actually a guitarist, but I always liked and wanted to play more piano and I guess this course is perfect for me. Ive already watched a big part of it and I need to say it was 100% worth purchasing. I repeated my theory knowledge and went over to pop songs / blues tunes. Of course I don't get a perfect sound directly and I need to repeat some stuff as well couple of times, but I'm sure that I'm progressing with every tutorial video I watch. Big thanks

To purchase this course was definitively a good decision, I think “Piano Fastlane” is a perfect choice especially for beginners and people, like me, who used to play piano in the past and decided to start doing it again. I already went through theory part and some pop music songs and now going to learn some jazz pieces, like Misty. Great stuff! Thanks a lot

This course was amazing. As a beginner it can be quite hard sometimes if you learn something from the bottom, but with Simons help i learned really fast and well. The instructor is very up-beat and energetic. The noisy, modern hip-hop songs are not so helpful while learning. It's easy to just skip and move onto the next helpful tutorial. This course has a lot of beneficial material. The great take-away from this course would be the various nuggets of information that could fill in the blanks for beginners. The sheet music resources and help to play them will add to any repertoire.

This course is good because it starts on the essence of playing music like sight reading and progresses to playing by ear. Simon's teaching methods are rather matter of fact and like the experienced player that he is, he expects lesser players to master things quicker than is possible. the explanations are rather too quick for me, even though I like the content of the course. I feel that course is designed more for intermediate players rather than beginners.

I never played the piano before, but always wanted to start learning it and Piano fastlane was definitely a good decision for that. As a complete beginner I found it really good that the course has much more stuff for practicing than theory, because otherwise I would become bored & unmotivated. It's well-structured as well. I'm already looking forward to play "happy birthday" to my family!
