It is clear that a lot of material preparation was put into this along with the style of delivering in a very simple and easy to grasp all contents, literally! The varying presentations of the materials keep you engaged along with his manner of speaking, use of words, and explanations (very intelligible). Very well-versed in the project management domain and the examples shared so far really help to better understand. So far, I'm gaining more confidence in my preparation for the PMP exam. This PMP course exceeded my expectations. The instructor was incredibly detailed in every section of the material and took the extra time to break down concepts that often get confused, highlighting the differences between very similar topics in a way that finally made them click. There is some helpful content in this course but grammar, punctuation and organization are an issue, which made it difficult to comprehend a few of the practice questions. Also very repetitive for easy to understand information but ran through important content like formulas and critical path explanations.

I believe that I am retaining good information and key words that I did not recognize when I was just studying from other PMP books, or courses. This course actually helped me to challenge a new way to approach the PMP exam. Thanks.

The lessons are broken up much more granular than I expected but that makes them digestible and easy to go back to rather than having to sift through a long lesson, which I like. Some of it is very repetitive which I understand why, however I felt it was overkill when it came to some of the ITTOs sections. Listing 'meetings', 'expert judgment', 'enterprise environmental factors', and 'organizational process assets' over and over was not really necessary as that should be intuitive as you go through the lessons, but I get why it was done that way to get you into the PMP mindset. Since those 'standard' ITTOs are already called out in the intro session at the beginning of the course, you can simply state that they are applicable regardless of the process. Then you can use the process sections to focus on ITTOs specific to those processes instead of being repetitive. Also, there were times the course contradicted itself or was misleading. For example, in the Communication Channel's lesson, the instructor calls out that team members are NOT considered part of the calculation, only stakeholders + the PM but then one of the practice exam questions has you calculate the communications channels by giving a set number of stakeholders then uses the term 'team members' in the question to say that one leaves the project, so it felt like it was a "trick" question. However, it was referring to that 'team member' as a stakeholder so you were supposed to subtract 1 from the total number of stakeholders which was contradictory to the lesson. One of those small things that needs to be more consistent, so people are clear on what to expect.

This course was a really good experience and definitely worth it. At the beginning I found the relationship between the project life cycle, knowledge area, processes, and ITTOS quite confusing. But as I continued with the course, I started to understand how everything connects. Overall, the course exceeded my expectation and gave me a solid understanding of the concepts.
