this course looks good. I don't think, there is anyone who can explain the video editing theory. Most editors jump to software. I wanted to know about the theory of video editing. This course is excellent.

Rather short, all the information felt structured and interesting but the presentation was lackluster, rather than showing slides with condensed bullet points it would have been more beneficial to have visual examples of the topics covered in the course.

This is perfect for me because I am an artist and I have a lot of editing under my belt already. If you’re looking for a technical video on how editing programs and software works, this isn’t it. This covers the why’s and how’s of editing. This video is more about the soft skills (if you will). On building your intuition about building on your existing skills. For those reasons, I give it 5 stars.

pretty decent for surface level theory on editing, learnt some good nuggets of information, if it were longer and went more into depth practically, it would be a 5 star product, would definitely recommend to anyone starting out in editing

this course is very useful to recap knowledge about video editing. It's suitable for those editors who jumped into this job for a while. I can't understand this course clearly, maybe I'll be back for several times.

I learned some important things but the delivery was so dry it was hard to get a sense of the importance of individual moments. It also would have been nice to see some examples of "good" editing and "bad" editing to help identify it in my own work.

This course was not a good match for me even though I did learn a few things. I though I would be getting hands on experience with video editing and not watching a video of someone telling me what video editing.
