Course progresses quickly and focuses on the implementation. This might be exactly what you want. However, there are only short recaps of tuning parameters and conceptual ideas at the beginning of each video. Make sure to be firm on the theory before you start the course.

this would be better specifically in section 3, because you're not providing the datasets and I lost time looking for them in kaggle, and let me tell you that I couldn't find the dataset for the logistic regression module.
