Mastering QuickBooks Online 2026: A Comprehensive Guide (Udemy.com)

I don't really like the attempt to make the tone 'familiar', including slang and a fake second person giving opinions. It seems like a waste of time to me. The animations so far are not helpful. The information regarding how to figure out the options of obtaining the software is good, but I think it could have been explained a little more succinctly. I still haven't arrived at the meat of instruction with this and I'm three 'chapters' in. I hope this will get better.

This course was very helpful and informative. I learned a lot about navigating QuickBookse, reviewing transactions, and using the system more efficiently. The explanations were clear and practical, and I can apply many of the things I learned in my daily work. I will continue to improve my experience and knowledge with QuickBooks Online.

The amount of information produced from the speaker during the lecture can be overwhelming and the videos are not very succinct. Lastly, there is not enough real world practice problems to engage the viewer. I am also finding the use of AI images and the bot distracting. Sometimes less is more.

Meaningless animated video graphics cheapen the overall value of the information being shared. Better to have AI generated presenters talking it through rather than cartoon characters.

Very easy to understand. I do have some experience, just not enough.

Beautiful and detailed course on really cheap price which is great because other courses are like 4 to 5 hours . If possible make such video in odoo as well because the way you teach is great

I'm a CPA from Canada; I'm appreciating the detail and the repetition. The course serves as a very good review. I have been sick in the last year, so I'm using the course to prepare me and build my stamina to enter the work world.

I think the course instructor is a good teacher. For my style of learning, though, he goes too slow through the concepts since what I’ve listened to so far is an overview of the menus of QuickBooks, it seems it would be more effective at least for me, if he were to just do show a menu item and just show a bulleted list of what you do under that menu item 1st and then say for basic accounting for most companies that don’t have inventory on this menu item here’s what you’re going to do boom boom boom And then perhaps take the most common of a couple of those and go a little bit deeper again, not very deep just a couple of points on some menus. What the main thing you’ll do there. And then go to the next main menu item. The reason I say this is because This is a preliminary overview of the menus, and it just shouldn’t take the length of the time in my opinion, this particular module could be reduced from. I think it’s 45 minutes. Seems like it could be done in about 15 minutes very comfortably maybe 20 hope that helps. That’s my honest feedback Note the reason I believe this is a better approach is because then when he goes to focus in on customers and making an invoice to a customer and collecting a payment checking customer owes at the end of the month to send out a statement, etc. etc. he can go into more detail on the customer menu and the sub menus for customers and sales at that point.

This particular program offers a ton of information, even tips and tricks to make your job easier. What I do not like is the random pictures that float around the screen. They block parts of the screen and are a distraction to your focus on what is being taught. I highly recommend that the creator remove the floating images. Other than that, I think it is a fabulous program.

To me it is too confusing going from the desktop to the online, Since I am interested in learning how to use online, I would much rather you just teach from the online page. Just my opinion.
