Course Description
One of the most important concepts in the AI world is "RAG" / Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
You need to give LLMs knowledge!
But how do you build powerful RAG chatbots and intelligent AI agents to optimize your business processes and personal projects?
In this course, you’ll learn exactly that—comprehensively and clearly explained—using ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, open‑source LLMs, Flowise, n8n, and more!
Fundamentals: LLMs, RAG & Vector Databases
Build a solid foundation for your AI projects:
Deepen your knowledge of LLMs: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek, Llama, Mistral, and many more.
Understand how Function Calling and API communication work in LLMs.
Learn why vector databases and embedding models are the heart of RAG.
Master the ChatGPT interface, GPT models, settings, and the OpenAI Playground.

Optimize chunking, embedding, and Top‑K retrieval for your RAG apps.
Choose the right strategy for your projects and maximize your RAG outcomes.
Security, Privacy & Legal Foundations
Protect your AI projects effectively:
Recognize security risks (Telegram exploits, jailbreaks, prompt injections, data poisoning).
Secure your AI against attacks and respect copyrights in generated content.
Deepen your understanding of GDPR and the upcoming EU AI Act to ensure legal compliance.
Become an expert in AI automations, AI agents & RAG!
By the end of this course, you will be fully equipped to build, optimize, and successfully market RAG chatbots, AI agents, and automations.

I'm currently about a third into the course and really enjoy the speed and delivery of the content. As a native English speaker I do not have any trouble with his German accent, unlike other courses where the speakers native accent was too difficult to understand. The material is relevant and exactly what I was looking for. Also, the possibilities of what's possible are already spinning up in my mind. Excited to learn more!

I took this course to get a comprehensive, practical overview of how to build RAG systems and AI agents using modern tools like ChatGPT, open-source models, Flowise, LangChain/LangGraph, and n8n, and in that regard it delivers a lot of value. It covers the full spectrum, from LLM and RAG fundamentals to building real workflows, local setups with Ollama and AnythingLLM, vector databases, automation with n8n, and even hosting and monetization. The big strength of the course is that it gives you a broad mental map of the whole ecosystem and shows multiple ways to approach the same problem. Because the AI tooling landscape moves very fast and the scope is huge, some parts can feel a bit overwhelming or occasionally slightly behind the latest UI or versions, and the course is more “toolbox and system design” than a perfectly streamlined step-by-step tutorial. That said, for developers or technical users who want to seriously understand how RAG agents and AI automations are built in practice and are willing to adapt details as tools evolve, this is a very solid and useful course.

I gave this course three not because of the structure or depth of the contents, they are amazing, and not because of the instructor style of teaching or depth of knowledge, they are amazing as well, but because flowise agentflows got a massive upgrade now it V2, but the course is still on V1, so now I watch the instructor's lecture @ the course, then head to youtube to update the concepts I 've learned here to the new contents on youtube, Pls upgrade

The course provides a solid theoretical foundation while offering helpful guidance for those interested in deeper exploration. At the same time, it is highly practical, enabling you to build your own RAG applications and agents.

Good overview on how to use and structure LLM clients/bots and create systems of them. I think adding some mid-course quizzes might help the students learn more thoroughly. Arnie is well spoken instructor with enjoyable insight into why we're doing these courses.

Practical. Useful. I value Arnie's opinions on different products. Of course A.I. is moving so fast, the content will need to be updated soon. ChatGPT 5 has just been released.
By Manuel Carrasco on 7/25/2025
It is outdated, its agents do not exist in recent versions, it does not respond to your queries, it does not contemplate or explain possible installation problems, all of that is understandable and it gets to the point, the course is oriented towards low code

Taking this course with Arnie has been one of the most valuable learning experiences I’ve had. He has a real gift for explaining complex topics in a way that is both deep and easy to understand. What really stood out to me is how thorough he is: he doesn’t just teach you the "how," but also the "why" behind everything, from setting up the tools to understanding the legal and practical aspects of selling chatbots. Every session includes a clear recap, which helps you really absorb what you’ve learned and see the bigger picture. It’s not just theory either, there’s a strong hands-on component, and thanks to him I’ve built and deployed multiple chatbots. I now feel confident not only using the tools but also maintaining them and applying best practices. Arnie is generous with his time, incredibly detailed, and truly passionate about teaching. I’m genuinely excited to keep learning with him, and I’d recommend his course 100% to anyone serious about diving into the world of RAG automation. Thank you so much, Arnie, your guidance has made all the difference!

worth the time invested. Learned a lot of concepts in relatively short span of time. Started with zero practical knowledge on these concepts and now I know and did use lot of tools. Covers lot of ground, to the point and simple with examples. Thank you!

This is my third course from Arnie. I finished the first two in two weeks. Not only the information and knowledge is one of the best, the examples are practical and excellent! Helps me tremendously on my day job and learning new things along the way.
