Having started my journey in the real estate business as a closer, I found this course very helpful to better understand some of the drawbacks of clients and how to better approach them from a professional standpoint. Indeed, the benefits of Real Estate outweigh the self-inflicted limitations. KEYPOINTS FROM THIS LECTURE Fear is the most prevalent factor that keeps an investor from taking action or being successful. You cannot do Real Estate without an effective team. No one can be successful in Real Estate investing until they first own the Real Estate that is between their ears. I could go on and on. Honestly, this course just offered me a rare opportunity and a paradigm shift in my percieved assumption of how real estate works.

yes it taught me a lot. I would definitely go back to watch it over again till the principles fully sink in. Jay is a great teacher and is able to simplify the most complex information into bite size info that can be easily digested.

Had some good tips and tricks, a useful course especially for under $20. Definitely could use some more info on how to analyze markets, houses, etc. Worth the buy! Thanks
