This instructor has been one of the most precise and informative instructors of any course I have taken on udemy! I have learned so much about real estate already and I am almost halfway through it. I love learning about real estate and cant wait to invest and I hope he does another real estate class that I would be happy to purchase!

I have no knowledge on real estate but the talk about how much money can be made from it. The fact that it is tangible and solid makes me even more interested due to what I assume I can control in this business of real estate. The examples and quotes are very much understandable and very convincingly reasonable which peaks my interest in the subject matter. The additional tip at the end was the cherry on the icing of the cake for me. Thank you for that!

Lots of generic blah blah, very little practical information. Instructor seems unorganized and keeps jumping between topics. Seems like none of the lectures were even rehearsed, every video feels as if it's basically ad-libbed and improvised.

I like that he shares where he learned these tools. He is a Kyosaki fan and mentions Don Campbell. 2 awesome sources for information and learning. He gives the tools necessary to make a move.

Excellent primer on real estate investing. Alex went through a solid spectrum on how one can enter this lucrative industry. I would highly recommend to anyone interested RE investing.

I think he did a good job by delivering this course. I think there is still room for him to provide a bit more details about acquiring certain deals. Overall, great course for beginners.

A good course overall. Some sections are very high level and also mismatched titles and content. Example - Section 14 title and content are different. It says buy and hold but video is about buy-fix-sell. Speaker is very good in teaching concepts through examples.

Great information. Love the casual style, disarming nature, and humor of the instructor. Might help if he was a BIT more scripted just to stay on point more, but the info itself is quality. It's a LOT to assimilate, so it's nice to work at my own pace.
