I really enjoyed the Leadership Training and I’m very happy that I had the opportunity to complete it. I found the content interesting, practical, and relevant to the challenges that come with being a good leader and manager. What I liked most was that the course wasn’t too long, but still managed to cover all the key areas of leadership and management. It gave me some useful things to think about and ideas that I can apply in my day-to-day work. Overall, I found the training very worthwhile and I’m very pleased with the experience. I would definitely recommend it to others who want to develop their leadership skills.

As a manager, I found this course very beneficial in strengthening my consulting and leadership skills. The content improved my understanding of stakeholder engagement, active listening, problem-solving techniques, and building trusted advisor relationships.

This is a real good discourse on Leadership with several concepts clearly articulated and explained in a very simple palatable manner. While the exercises included take a little extra time, the 1.5 hours length of delivery is amazing.

To this piont, the speaker is doing a good job explaining what a leader is and isn't or the difference between a leader and manager. However, it's a lot of talking, not going into detailed examples of how to be an influential leader. It's early in the training, so I gave it a 4 star.

the summary at the end of each topic is enhancing the way this whole course is presented. the summary should be included in all the other courses too. It helps at a glance to revise whatever has been told so far. Also the facilitator is quite easy to understand and she is giving detailed explanations, which keep the viewers/ audience quite engaging.

The instructor’s delivery kept the content dynamic helping maintain attention and reinforcing key leadership concepts effectively. The course content is applicable and valuable across multiple experience levels. It provides meaningful insights both for individuals aspiring to move into management roles and for current team members who want to better understand leadership strategies and organizational dynamics.

Learning how to do a better early day and so understanding how to not be a a toxic leader but knowing how to communicate properly and be respectful and receptive when listening as well as ensuring I get the point across and the goal for the section is meet.

The subject matter is what I am looking for. The instructor seems to be strained in delivering the information - like she is nervous being in front of the camera. Also, the video is "choppy" at some points - it will end abruptly rather than transition smoothly.
