Very informative and provided useful tips and guide on how to deal with certain situations. There were topics I could relate to so it was interesting to see how the support frameworks I have seen aligned with the recommendation and suggestion in this course.

Being aware of the causes of mental health disorder and nature of work is contributory affecting family relationship. The course completely discussed all the types of mental illnesses and what are the causes and how to deal with them, this important in managing a group and dealing with different behaviors. We must be ware that mental health is a continuum. I learned a lot, thank you for your presentations and sharing note.

This is great! I've been looking forward to taking this course for quite some time. The only challenge is that it is produce by/for the UK so it hampers credibility with managers in the USA. However, other than the data points, dollars, and legal issues referenced, the overall content is spot on. Love it, so far!

It was a great experience learning about different behavioral pattern related to various kinds of mental condition and most importantly it teaches us how to approach and treat a person with such condition and most importantly accepting the fact that this particular mental condition is actually a big deal for the person suffering from it.

By Raymond Mooketsi on 6/15/2022

It helps in understanding how to handle a person with mental condition and how to help them to feel comfortable. it also to avoid being discriminative and how to avoid victimizing people with the condition. we also help them to realise their value and our support

Yes it was a good match. As a people manager I need to be able to identify when those around me are having issues and how best to deal with them. It is also interesting to learn about the Alright method and learning about depression.

The course was really informative. But the best bit about it was the recommendations given for how line managers can approach difficult mental health related conversations. I'm left feeling like I've got the tools I need to be supportive and helpful for someone who may be struggling.

By Zsairah Flores on 10/11/2021

This course has discussed mental health in so much details but without making me being information-overloaded. This is engaging and has explained mental health in real-life scenario which helps me understand it well and learn on how to response about it.
