The resource downloads don't work as downloaded. I needed to amend the file extension to .pdf to get them to open. Additionally, they have really goofy names. The course flow is a little goofy too. There are some mistakes in the course presentation that make it a little difficult to follow at times.

While this course delivered some interesting material and quite a few useful templates, I’m not sure I’d recommend it. I found the coach stretched way too much – this could easily have been a one-hour course – and her presenting style didn’t appeal to me. It was like being instructed by a kindergarten teacher or a children’s show host. (She also tents her fingers so often that it could be a drinking game; it was very distracting.) On the positive side, the “growth trajectory” section was very good, as was the “what to ask for” section. I definitely got lots of takeaways but overall, I just didn’t enjoy the course as much as I was hoping to.

I took this course in the hopes of finding a better way to communicate the daily value that I bring to my organization. The course encouraged me to find a way out of my comfort zone and to start doing things differently (like building a case study for why I deserved a promotion, how to deliver it and daily strategies to implement in my workflow). On the day of the performance review, I must have seen Tania's "boost of energy" video at least 10 times as it gave me the confidence I needed to say what needed to be said in the way that I had prepared!! Needless to say, I rocked that review, I got that promotion and raise and I intend to keep revisiting this gem of a course to give me that same boost of energy and information I need when I design my next career move. Thank you!

This course is a fantastic step by step guide on how to prepare for a performance review, breaking down a process that would be an otherwise daunting task. Tania truly encourages everyone to reach their goals and full potential through the use of the right tools and right attitude. She is an inspiring coach and a positive cheerleader and can guide everyone at all levels to take control of their annual performance review and get what you want out of your career! I highly recommend this course for people at all levels of their career as there are so many great ideas and helpful tips on how to maximize the results of your performance review.

This course is very useful to everyone who is in the workforce. It is not only about "rocking the review" and " getting promoted". It is a lifetime valuable tool to help us get focused, clearly define our goals and map out our plans for success. It is very refreshing for someone like me who has been working for a long time. I was given clear steps on how I should strategise at each stage of process. Tania analysed and provided insights in the case studies and real life examples. She made it much easier for us to understand and follow. She taught us to stay focused, discover our strengths and weaknesses which are primary tasks in goal setting process in both personal and professional worlds! She taught us to be humble which is a pre-requisite to be a leader ! Tania has excellent coaching and presentation skills. I am sure that all the students will take away heaps of values from this course. Messages, visual and audio quality were crystal clear. Lets complete the course and work on a success plan with Tania !

I think this course is extremely beneficial, because it gives you the tools not only to manage your annual review evaluation, but to convert it in a good opportunity to reach the goals you really expect. For me the course made me find that “awesomeness” (as Tania says) of what I do and put it in words and results and relate them to the company’s goals, which is a great start point. I find Tania an excellent motivator, knowledgeable and trustable person. She makes things looks simple, and she has the power to encourages me with her energetic style. The course content is complete and valuable. The exercises during the different videos made me get to the end with a lot of material and work already done. 3. The video quality looks professional, simple, without elements of distractions, her communication tone is warm, close and personal, and the whole video made me feel like a personal work session.

Rock the Review is a relevant and helpful tool. It helps you as an individual identify your strengths and gives you the motivation to take the next steps. After that, it gives you handouts and tools you can actually use. I would recommend it to all employees who want to get to the next stages in their career.

I honestly wish I knew about it when I was an employee. I love the energy, the flow, how easy it is to follow from one topic to the next, how positive it is. Exercises are thought-provoking and easy to do. The videos are short and sweet and to the point. This course would be perfect for young professionals as well as seasoned workforce. Fantastic course!! Definitely 5 stars.

The Rock the Review Course helped me focus and define my authentic values and strengths in order to fearlessly take action on the issues I believe in at work. Tania was motivating as she busted the myths of the workplace that so many of us believe in so that we can become empowered by the simple and clear truths. I've thrown those myths out the window so that they don't hold me back the next time I want to aim for a higher position. I was extremely happy with Tania's natural flow of content from identifying personal strengths, translating them into performance outcomes and relevant action plans in order to boldly prepare for the big meeting to ask for what I truly believe is important. In addition, all of these lessons came with practical exercises along the way to ensure that I was taking the proper action! Highly recommend this course as its useful for anyone in the workplace!
