I've just started this course, but I'm already convinced. Having just completed the first two lessons, all I can say is that I am now one of the converted to the 'non laptop' fraternity of DJs. I've been researching DJing and hardware/software and the DJ controllers never really grabbed me as the most efficient way of doing things, especially due to the limitations of computer equipment. Ross makes sense to dive right into this DJ journey, to have faith in your learning skills and to be bold in your decision to be the best of the best. My goal now is to convert all my energies into the right equipment, getting the right attitude towards practice and eventually performance. If the rest of the course is an indication of Ross' intro video, then I'm off on a wild ride. Before you know it, I'll be off to Ibiza, London, New York, Moscow, or even Beijing, with only my two 256GB USB sticks and my Pioneer DJ HDJ-X10 Headphones. Thanks Ross for creating this course for 'the rest of us'. (DJ LuDawg)
