At times, the speed of the content goes very fast. As a beginner, it becomes difficult to keep the pace and understand everything. In 2026, I am not able to claim a DID under a second instance itself. The first hotel booking part in N.Virginia allowed me to claim one. But for the second part insurance company call flow, I was able to create a new instance in Singapore, but could not claim any DID. Thus, was not able to move further. But overall it was a nice start and knowing basics of AWS connect.
