SAS Programming - Learn SAS from Beginner to Advanced (Udemy.com)

This was a very good course for introducing someone to SAS and have them to be able to solve various business problems using SAS. One downside from my own personal experience is that the section for doing exercises was not that good in terms of explaining the requirements of the exercises. But all in all, I enjoyed the course and I would recommend it to someone.

It's very informative, but it would be better to explain some SAS functions from the basics. For instance, in the last lecture (case study with the real estate dataset), while determining whether the price varies with the day the house was sold (e.g., Wednesday, Friday), the instructor used "solution noint" in the SAS code. Initially, I didn’t understand why it was used at that point. Later, after doing my own research, I found out the reason. However, it would be more effective to teach this concept by first running the code with "noint" and then running it without "noint". This approach would help us clearly understand the difference.

It was a great course to learn about SAS and its various applications. You have explained each topic pretty well. I have gained the significant amount of knowledge from this course and hope it will help me to perform my job more efficiently. Thanks!

It is a great course, especially for learning basics of SAS. I like the way we move quickly between the tasks and cover a lot. I personally miss more statistical applications, but it makes sense as it is a beginner course. :)

great course! the only downside so far has been not being able to access the data files. I have restricted access to certain sites due to work security settings and when I download files from GitHub and through Udemy I am not getting the file that goes through the majority of the first lessons, rent.csv.

The instructor was knowledgeable about the subject and made the class lively; and enjoyable. At the beginning of the course, there were a few rough patches with understanding the instructor and instructions. However, the instructor had relevant material and exercises for the students to practice on. Overall, it was a very informative and easy to follow class presented by a very good instructor. Thank you.

I would say so far this course is going very well. I wasn't sure if I was an intermediate or advanced user but this course rolls beginner, intermediate and advanced into one. Covers all the bases essentially and I am not worried that I won't understand the more advanced topics later on.

The course was good and the explanations was clear. I think this course is good for beginer users and theaches the fundamentals of SAS well. On the other hand the qualitty of the sound wasn't the best sometimes, even not all of the videos can be played using Firefox (all were good with Microsoft Edge). The formatting lectures can also be a bit confusing, because tabulate procedure is thought at a later lesson. The course was great at all!

I tried one of other top-ranking courses ( I don't want to write down its name here to avoid hard feelings). But frankly speaking, that instructor was much less knowledgeable than the one in this course. The instructor gives detailed explanation on how SAS system works and the syntax along with other options. I also get to practice my coding skills on real world projects which significantly increased my confidence in applying my SAS skills on my daily jobs. Will recommend to colleagues.

This is by far the best course available on Udemy for Advance SAS. The course is coupled with lot of examples which makes the concepts crystal clear and all the files required for practicing are also provided. I am happy that I have invested in this course.
