Even if I already have the PSM 1 certification since 10 years now, the reality of my consultant job is that I'm not always have the chance to work in an Agile context. So I have attend this course as a refresh opportunity. And in this context, the content of this course was perfect for me.

This was a great refresher course for me as a Scrum Master. I like the fact that the course is aligned to the latest scrum guide. What stood out the most for me was the emphasis on the value for each scrum ceremony, scrum roles and artifacts. The history of Agile and Scrum was also great. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a keen interest on Agile or Scrum. Great course and will always refer to the material as a guide on my day to day execution of activities as a Scrum Master. Great course.

This course covers a lot of ground and presents clear picture on the fundamentals of the Scrum framework. I would also like to see how negative/adverse conditions are handled by the scrum team with one or two examples. for e.g. in a sprint if majority of the backlog items are not completed how is it handled, if the CEO asks to add a new item, how will it impact the sprint etc. These are real world scenarios.
