Good course! Clearly explained all the parts/modules. A remark - I would've liked a detailed PPT with all important pointers that will help students in remembering all the concepts.

Thank you very much for the well structured course and format. I just passed the exam :) However, I also did study additional material and did several other mock exams as preparation. I can share that scrumprep.com know all the actual exam question precisely...

This class helped me to prepare for my PSM Advanced certification which I passed last week. Good information and good questions that helped me to get in the right mindset to pass the exam and be a better scrum master.

I cleared PSM II on my first attempt with a 100% score (without having PSM I), and this course played a major role in that success. Even with 7+ years of Scrum experience, I had to unlearn and relearn certain concepts. What really stood out was the question-based format. Instead of pure theory, concepts are explained through topic-wise questions, making the learning engaging and easy to grasp. While the exam questions aren’t the same, the course prepares you extremely well to understand the concepts and feel exam-ready. For extra confidence, I recommend taking a few mock tests. Thanks to Michael James for this excellent course. Highly recommended!

I got this course at the Udemy New Years' sale. At the price I paid it's an absolute steal and immediate 5-star. However, I have rated it as I would have done had I paid the regular price. Some observations/feedback: - Scrum.org is rather unclear about the format of PSM II exam questions and the exact required learning. They don't provide a practice exam like they do for PSM I. This course helps you to familiarize with the format, so there is no shock during the assessment. Or at least I hope there won't be, as I still have to take the assessment. - Sometimes the video material feels a bit like the content was read from an autocue. Nothing cringeworthy, just a little nitpick that I've observed. The youtube channel of the trainer shows he has gotten more natural in presenting on-camera since this material was recorded. - There are minor inconsistencies between how questions are presented. Sometimes there is a countdown between the question and the answer, sometimes a small pause, sometimes the answer is given immediately. Personally, I liked the 4-second countdown the best as it gave a clear and ample window to pause the video. - For most questions the correct answer(s) are discussed, followed by why the other answer(s) is/are incorrect. But this format is not followed for all questions. There are some multiple choice answers where the incorrect ones are not discussed. I'm not talking about simple true/false questions, or simple definition questions. It does happen with questions that have multiple correct answers, but only 1 or 2 "best" answers. There was a question where I had an incorrect answer, which was not discussed. - The content has minor spelling and grammatical errors. Nothing that renders the questions impossible to answer, but correct spelling and grammar is something I expect from a professional training. My suggestion would be to have an external person proofread the material. - The quizes are divided into 60/30 questions due to Udemy limitations. These limitations might have changed since creating this course. I have seen different Udemy courses where there were more quizes available than just 2. (I have separately bought a PSM-II mock test training which contains 6 quizes). All in all, very good. Just some minor remarks, which, when addressed could elevate the material even further!

This is obviously an amazing and detailed course for preparing for Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification. It's worth the investment.
By Linh Doan on 11/9/2025
The course is clear, concise, and straight to the point. Even without holding a PSM I certification, I believe you could still pass PSM II after completing it. I really liked the short, focused videos and the detailed explanations provided for each question. I scored 94.1% (34.8/37 points) just from this course alone, no extra quizzes needed. Huge thanks to Michael and the team!

A-lot of typos in the practice tests and some questions don't tell you how many options to select - it just says "choose all that apply" - I don't think the real test does that, it will tell you how many answers you need to choose. This test had questions with like 5-6 choices at times and no indication of how many I needed to pick + misspellings. It was super annoying.

Very benefitial course, practically oriented. As it is PSM II, there are theory but only the most essentail points which is perfect as you have the resources if you are willing to read it. Many questions with explanations about the right/wrong answers. Exactly what I expected.

Dear Michael, thank You very much. I enjoyed the course very much and I am very confident in taking the exam. Straight to the point Concentrates on the scrum guide (which you are effectively tested against) Short enough Re-Emphasizes and repeats the important things I was able to watch the course on 126" screen with my projector loud and could interactively listen and talk to you as the presenter. Great! It felt like in a real course
