SCS-C01: AWS Certified Security – Specialty Practice Exams (Udemy.com)

I don't recommend this course ! No response from the teacher on any Q&A. Multiple answers are outdated /wrong . No definition on why the wrong answers are wrong ! Even explanation of many correct answers aren't up to the mark. Overall I feel the teacher did not invest enough time in adding explanations or answering Q&A.

I have recently cleared the AWS Certified Security Speciality exam. This course has really helped me. I highly recommend this course to any one taking the AWS Certified Security Speciality exam. The questions are neither too easy nor too tough. This is exactly the way actual exam questions are. One downside of the course are answer explanations. Many questions explanation missed to explain why a wrong answer is wrong. This is important for a candidate to know why his/her answers are wrong.

good test exams (2 long 65xQs and 1 short 20xQs)-- can retake and the explanations are quite comprehensive -- recommend this before taking formal exam.

Good set of questions, that helps to prepare to exam and to find problematic topics for additional review later. Each answer has an extensive description with a link to documentation, that' s really great. Minus one star, because not all descriptions are 100% relevant to the question

This practice tests questions are definitely help to understand most of the important topics, the provided explanations are very good and it will help to understand the type of questions will come in the real exam. These practice test questions really helped me to pass the exam easily as 15-20 questions were as it in the exam. Because of that I was very confident while giving exam that I will clear it :)

Some of the questions in this test are also available in test provided by other authors. The most confusing part is that the answers are different in both these tests. So really confused which one is correct. e.g. Question - A pharmaceutical company has digitized versions of historical prescriptions stored on premises. The company would like to move these prescriptions to AWS and perform analytics on the data in them. Any operation with this data requires that the data be encrypted in transit and at rest. Which application flow would meet the data protection requirements on AWS? This test says correct answer is Digitized Files > Kinesis Data Analytics. Another test on Udemy has the exact same question with answer as Digitized Files > Kinesis Firehose > S3 > Athena. Similarly there are 2-3 questions which have conflicting answers.

Very good question bank. But the explanation should also include regarding the wrong answers and why they are incorrect. This is provided for very few questions only.

The explanations are often just copy paste text from AWS documentation. Very good that the link to AWS documentation is provided but I would like to have explanations on why the incorrect values are the wrong answers.
