Overall, this is a very comprehensive course. It covers a wide range of Blender topics in depth, and the instructor explains the concepts clearly. As someone starting with Blender, I found it to be a solid learning resource. However, the biggest downside is that the course is based on a much older version of Blender. Many tools, menus, and workflows have changed, so I often had to pause the lessons and search YouTube to figure out where things were in the current version. Another issue is the editing. There are several moments where the instructor doesn't edit out mistakes or unnecessary parts, so if you follow the steps exactly as shown, you'll sometimes realize that what was demonstrated wasn't actually correct. It can be frustrating and interrupts the learning experience. The instructor's English is also difficult to follow at times. There are many awkward phrases and sentences that don't sound natural, and I occasionally had to replay sections to understand what was being explained. Combined with the other issues, there were moments when I genuinely wanted to quit the course. My biggest complaint, though, is the keyboard noise. The instructor presses the keys so loudly that it almost feels intentional. Maybe it's just the microphone setup, but with headphones it's extremely irritating. I found myself getting annoyed every time I heard it. Despite these issues, I still think it's a good course for beginners. The content itself is valuable, the explanations are clear, and if you're willing to work around the outdated Blender version, you'll learn a lot. I would still recommend it to anyone getting started with Blender.

My Name's Sebastian Vargas. I'm a Multimedia Engineer currently residing in Colombia, South America. I offer different kinds of multimedia services, with great focus on Computer Graphics, that range from Physics Engines Programming, Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Arts and Rendering. I've been working with Blender the most, for 8 years now and it's been awesome.
I focus mainly on Rendering, Animation and Modeling but I can also utilize Blender for all of the steps of a production pipeline.
Currently, I'm researching technologies about 3D visualization and Game Engines for the university I work with as well as my own Business. Soy Ingeniero en Multimedia de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada actualmente ubicado en Colombia, Sur América. Ofrezco diferentes tipos de servicios multimedia, pero mi enfoque es el arte 3D & Videojuegos. Blender y Unity han sido mi herramienta más trabajada, usándolas ya por 5 años y ha sido fantástico. En Blender me enfoco principalmente en Render, pero también utilizo Blender para cada uno de los pasos requeridos por un flujo de trabajo de producción. En Unity, utilizo conceptos de programación y computación gráfica para hacer todo tipo de desarrollos, interacciones y videojuegos.
Me encuentro certificado por Blender Foundation y hago parte de la red oficial de profesionales llamada Blender Network. Gracias a esta certificación se me permite trabajar como entrenador en mis diferentes habilidades.
Actualmente, también me encuentro investigando en tecnologías acerca de visualización 3D y motores de videojuegos en mi universidad.
