The course content was top-notch, but the staccato speech pattern of the instructor reading the content text was jarring, the audio was bad quality (at times too low or muffled, sound levels wildly inconsistent between lessons), and the final exam had incorrectly marked answers. Otherwise, 5 stars -- bravo!

As a native English speaker, when it comes to understanding a person's recorded speech, It's all or nothing. One bad attribute, (i.e. muffled and hard to understand mumbling) can ruin a great endeavor that shines everywhere else. This class is organized, clear, concise and well thought out and overall wonderful! Looks like its been re-recorded, spot checks are great on audio quality. Accent is still hard to understand, but can be offset by the subtitles. The course is well worth your time and money, buy it!

The pronunciation of the instructor is very poor (robotic).... Seems like he is reading the senesces... The instructor does not slow down at important points at all (reads continuously without break). This annoys a lot to understand the concept... I didn't understand the selector point in iPhone-amazon website.
