Have you wondered why some admins or executive assistants seem to have their act together, and navigate life with poise and confidence while others suffer, get pushed around, work super hard without being recognized, or live in stress?
Successful admins know the secrets that make people around like them and support them. They look like they're under control, they have a fantastic attitude, and they even know how to toot their own horn, how to say no, and how to manage their boss, all without making enemies or seeming bossy!
Dr. Susan Harrison has trained thousands of admins, and she will be your mentor. She'll help you gain practical skills that will make you more productive and more valuable than ever before.
Learn better ways to deal with a difficult boss, to look and get organized, to stay motivated, get support from others, use your power effectively (you have more power than you may think!) and handle the pressure of multiple tasks, deadlines and bosses.
It's not "common sense". It's a skill successful admins have taken time to develop. Dr. Harrison is here to help you get started. After just one a half hour, you'll have a different perspective: the one that will take you places.
Enroll now. You owe it to yourself to improve by studying this course. Remember: if you don't invest in yourself, why would anybody else?

Had some pretty good points, most of it is common sense. Definitely did a good job at be engaging. I would have given it a higher score had it not been for the extremely obnoxious and out of place rock music that would play for far too long at both the beginning and end of every section.

Really good informations thank you! I would love to have more details about how to excel the job though, 12 short videos is too little!

This course was wonderful! I am sure to be using these tips throughout my life, not just work. The handshake class was fun & is totally one of my pet peeves when done wrong. Thank you! I will definitely recommend this course & will look for more of your courses.

FINALLY!!!!!!! A course where I have an instructor that has a personality. The teaching style helped me with keeping interested and focused. I strongly felt supported by the instructor with the growth that could come from this class. Course was perfectly laid out and covered everything you would need to know and more about being the best Administrative Assistant. I would highly recommend this course and any others from this instructor - you will not be disappointed.

Pretty good practical insights and intrinsic knowlwdge of what it takes to be a good Administrative Assisstant. The little things that they don't teach you during orientation but are really helpful in getting things done being happy in your work.

The course had a lot of useful information. Since I am a clerk typist looking to advance to becoming an Administrative Assistant it was not exactly what I was hoping for. There was definitely alot of useful tips and information even for someone in my situation.

This is a good one to come back to each time just to polish yourself in the soft skills space as far as this job profile goes. Hey, but wait this program has enough practical soft skills for any job...it has human skills for the workplace. Thanks Susan for making a 'taught' topic into an interesting 'go to' program for polishing those rough edges.

Great tips! There were several things I came away with that I want to try out and work on. The constant changing of the background was a little distracting at times and made the video fuzzy and sometimes the sound and video didn't match; which for me is a major distraction.

As this course is centered on self-betterment not on determining whether your boss is bad and you should change job, shared tips are very decent and helpful. Not sure if I personally learned anything new yet, as I have been reading "office psychology" around anyway - but if you are a beginner at an office and looking to figure out how to improve yourself and your work - this lil lady will do well guiding you :) Might be a question of taste but perhaps this can be helpful for the creators of this course, in the future - the musical outros and intros could be a bit more neutral. Regarding that some people might only be listening to only the audio of the course (phone, headset, walk on the street - is how I do some mornings) - for a long while I had no clue why the guitar grinding and comebacks were necessary to be played for THIS long (apparently there were recap lists - which seem useless to me personally) and it felt like a waste of time and I even got a bit annoyed (maybe due to time restraints ;D). Audio levels are also fluctuating, so outdoors I often found myself fumbling with the volume button, as the difference between her whispering and super-excited-happy-go-lucky sentences went from 0 to a 100 really fast (meaning her performance was alright - but if you ever care to cater to people who listen to these things on headsets, compressing the audio a tad harsher could do miracles :3).
