Well I unenrolled in Coursera today because no classes I could find were truly beginner. This is truly beginner! Although I know basic Spanish, I wanted to start from the very beginning, to learn it well. This is truly the best! I like the vibe of the class, it feels like I am watching a VHS tape or a mid 2000s DVD. I learn the best this way. Sometimes, technology gets so advanced, we move past the basics. And if it ain't broke, don't fix it! Thank you for this! Now my son who is 7 can learn Spanish with me. It's truly the best!

Instructor Bio
I've been a language learner and language teacher for over 11 years. I started my language learning adventures in France and that's why I ended up becoming a language teacher: I fell in love with languages! I've taught English in the United States, France, South Korea, Colombia and I've had the pleasure of teaching children, junior high school students, high school students, university students and business executives at the Bank of New York Mellon. Currently, I'm teaching English and working on language learning projects with Simple3, LLC and L1and2, LLC.
