Invaluable course especially for those who do not come from a formal business or a professional working background. Watching it again and again would help learners in all facets of daily life especially handling conflicts, negotiation and communication. I wish I had found Salil Dhawan's courses earlier. Highly underrated and waiting for more such courses in the future from Salil Dhawan. More power to him.

War okay aber viel zu viele Themen zu kleinteilig behandelt. Wircklich müßig. Soweit in Ordnug manche Themen sehr interessant. Steckt viel Arbeit drin. Kann aber verschlankt werden. Man braucht nicht so viele Beispiele bei einigen Themen.

Definitely this course is very helpful in understanding various concept of soft skills. My expectation is meet with the course content provided in the presentation.

It was a long journey but it was well worth it. From active listening to leadership and negotiation to problem solving, each section was well curated to provide new insights and maximum benefit to me as a student. The case studies in the later lessons were helpful as well.

The flow is well-organized, making it easy to follow and apply. I got this course at a very low price, and I must say—it's totally value for money , packed with valuable knowledge . Now, here’s a question for you—does YouTube provide any certificates after watching videos? If not, then this course surely has an edge!
