It runs from basics and black box techniques to backend, web and mobile testing, SQL, Postman, Jira with Xray, and a section on freelancing. The syllabus shows 107 lectures across 17 sections, and it was last updated in May 2026 with sections on generative AI and Gemini. It is pitched at absolute beginners, and that is where it fits best.

Reviewers say the content is simple to follow and not overcrowded, and a couple praise the practical side and the mobile and web coverage. Some find Ilhan's accent or pronunciation hard to follow, others say he reads off the screen, and one calls it surface level. Overall, the course is well-structured and informative, offering a solid introduction to key tools and best practices. However, there are instances where the instructor’s pronunciation makes certain explanations difficult to follow. Additionally, some of the tutorials—particularly those involving the use of specific websites—would benefit from more detailed and comprehensive guidance.

This course exceeded my expectations! The instructor explains every concept in a clear and structured way — from the basics of software testing to advanced frameworks. I think this course is very indepth and shows a great amount of knowledge. My only criticism is that the first half is very engaging, showing many examples but the second half, alot seems to be read from a powerpoint and the amount of examples etc drops alot. I still feel like I have learned but I would suggest doing what was did in the first half of the course, in the second. Thanks

The masterclass is very useful and I recommend it to anyone who doesn't have knowledge about software testing. It really gives you a picture of what it is, guides you trough all the basics, later even trough the advanced API testing which was personally quite hard to catch up with without any experience. But in the future when I get some experience I will go back to that section and I believe it will be useful.

I am new to testing and don't know how to write SQL queries so at the time of practice at the link given in the course, it was quite vast than what is taught in the course. Also, I had difficulty learning them. I felt that a person knowing SQL would be able to learn better but thanks to this course, I now know some of it and would learn more!!! Thanks Ozan.

Actually whole stuff is really giving what is Test Management and also its role in Software Project Management. I really appreciate the dedication of Ozan while explaining the course stuff on each video. Lastly, before i paid for the course i took a glance at comments, and was curious about if he just reads the slides and giving missinformations etc. Actually that's not happening as you can see if you complete the full course. I really liked the material. And yes, speaking English can be a bit difficult in terms of diction if you are not a native person or european citizen. But that's not an issue for me too, instructor is so easy to understand. Thanks.

This course gives a nice overview of the theory behind testing and teaches how to write some excellent tickets. Also, I finally understood how to use Postman, this chapter is done especially well. I got my first job as a manual tester thanks to this course. Thank you!
