I acquired the experience and skills which are most valuable for my present work as an international Organizational Development consultant, and team & executive coach, during my career as a well-known pianist and producer in The Netherlands.

I made quite an impression when bridging the organizational practices of avant-garde musician performers with the business need of tomorrow's organizations. In the transition from command and control/linear thinking/infinite financial resources to collaboration/systems thinking/finite financial resources, and on our way to the future of work, I help organizations become high performing in a design thinking kind of way, with tools and frameworks that promote collaboration, productive scaling, continuous learning and modern decision-making. 

As a credentialled Senior Advisor for Innovative Organizations by the Antwerp Management School, a certified Organization and Relationship Systems Team Coach (ORSCC), an ICF credentialled Professional Certified Coach, and with a Master's Degree from the Manhattan School of Music in New York, I bring the authentic art of performance to the fields of organizational leadership and high-performing teams.

I am fully fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch, and the scope of my work encompasses multidisciplinary projects in 12 countries, in several languages and with different nationalities. 

I have taken on a variety of roles – as an advisor, coach, trainer, facilitator, project evaluator, product and project manager, and board member -, in several domains – audiovisual, automotive, IT, education and biotech.
