Course Description

Many might be wondering how it is possible for me to work in so many foreign countries and strange lands as an equine professional. I have traveled my fair share, having worked Internationally with horses for the past eleven years in nearly a dozen countries and covering countless states from east to west. Every time I travel to a new country I am thrown into a new mix of languages, cultures, and native dialects. In Italy they speak Italian, in Romania they speak Romanian, Egypt they speak Arabic…you get the point.

Although the humans may speak different languages and practice different religions and customs, there is one thing I’ve learned never changes: The language of the horse. No matter how far my travels have taken me, from the Pyramids to the Taj Mahal, horses speak horse.

Learn the language of the horse, and with it you can travel to the farthest corners of the planet and be able to communicate fluently with all walks of horses. From the Akhal-Teke’s in Turkey to the Marwari’s in India or the Icelandic ponies from Iceland. Communicating with horses is about body language and energy. Once you master the art of understanding your equine friend with your energy and breath, you will find that no matter the type of saddle you ride in or the discipline, you will be able to bond with horses on an energetic and subconscious level. You will hear them whisper. You will feel their movements and body through you. You will know their emotions, their spirit and their voice. You will be able to earn their trust and loyalty even when you are new and unfamiliar to them.

In this course you will master the art of communicating in YOUR HORSE'S LANGUAGE.

In This Course You Will Learn:

  • How to Do Groundwork exercises

  • Learn the theory behind horse's "energy"

  • Practical exercises to practice with your horse

  • Have riding lessons on how to carry over your communication skills in the saddle

  • Play games with your horse to get them engaged and more confident

  • Master your body language and energy

  • Build confidence

  • Have fun with your horses and earn their trust!

  • Master leading, lunging to a more advanced level

  • Be able to work with young or spooky horses confidently

  • Problem solve

  • Horse training and the difference between "riding" and "sitting"

  • Breathing exercises to help train the trainer

  • Awareness and mindfulness with horses

  • Psychotherapy - which many might think your able to "read horses minds" and do horse telepathy! But there's no magic tricks here, you will learn the tools to simply know what your horse is thinking!

And more!

The link for the workbook does not go through, but when I go to the website it’s asks me to purchase the book after I have already paid for this course, which makes me feel a bit taken advantage of. However, I have begun to get into useful info and am very grateful for the knowledge.

I hoped for more. This was merely an ad for a full version of a course, I am glad I didn't pay a full price. I learned few things, but from listing of content I assumed this would be more valuable for me. I fail to find: Have riding lessons on how to carry over your communication skills in the saddle (hoped it would be more in depth) Play games with your horse to get them engaged and more confident Have fun with your horses and earn their trust! (wish it was more but fair for a demo) Problem solve (wish there was more of that, like aggressive/dangerous behaviors/habits, working with difficult horses etc) Horse training and the difference between "riding" and "sitting" (not enough) Psychotherapy - which many might think your able to "read horses minds" and do horse telepathy! But there's no magic tricks here, you will learn the tools to simply know what your horse is thinking! (where was it?!) But what was included in the course it's valuable, just not enough for me.

I am going to start horseback riding lessons soon and have minimal experience with horses, but I am eager to learn more about these beautiful creatures. I work at a therapeutic riding center and have really seen the effect of our energy on our horses and would like to build my confidence when horse handling. I look forward to your insight!

I cannot express how amazing this course has been. In all honesty my eyes shot wide open when you spoke about bits, I have a five year old ottb who did a buck and tuck with me and I slipped two disks in my neck and this was a few months after my instructor forced me to use one of her rolling bits that is quite hectic it tears my horses mouth and tongue and I had told her that the bit was too harsh and she said my horse needed a harsh bit to learn and I think my poor horse finally had enough and told me no more harsh bit. I can say with confidence that I will be telling my instructor I think the bit needs to go because my horses safety and needs come first. This course has opened my eyes in so many ways and I think I know how I can begin to patch my relationship up with my horse.

The course is great and the approaches are applicable not only for a Foal/Filly but also with older horses. I suggest this course for you, who want to start to own a horse and make a routine contact with them. The Q&A is also active, thank you for your class, Coach Kelly.

I very much like that every idea/concept is exemplified by the video. I am not sure if I follow the concept of energy so much (seems to me just a different way of saying that every physical, even tiny pressure we exercise or gesture help the horse undrstand what we want to say) but perhaps I'm coming from a different spritual background and it just does not resonate with me so well. Anyways, good teacher skills, the course is easy and pleasant to follow. It would be great to find a similarly structured course (thorough explanation of each movement and how the horse reads it+ examples) on a dressage figures or some riding techniques and exercises. Meanwhile - thanks for all I've learnt from this course!

It has helped both me and my horses. I have one horse that I go two steps forward with and four steps back. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but he isn't able to get past things and make it stick, he regresses. I do about 20 min or more per day of training. I don't take time off of it I may do something way simpler on weekends like teaching touch response. I am not riding one of my horses and really need more ground work. I hope to continue with the courses that enable me to do that. :)

This was a good match. I have met Kelly in person and gotten to know her and so when I took on a couple of rescue ponies as a first time owner, I consulted her on one of the ponies who is a bit of a naughty one! She suggested this tutorial which has been helpful and gentle to both us the humans and our equine partners. I'm practising 'boo'! and Louis is responding nicely. I still have a way to go but the course provides a good foundation in learning to speak horse in a safe and fun way.

We misunderstand horses and most of the time we think force is the answer. The training guide, gadgets, safety spot, bubble, handling and communicating with touch and approach is great. I find your techniques amazing, gentle and very effective.

Some very helpful basics that many also experienced riders often forget. This course is really for every level of a rider! Loved it Wish you would do another course showing problems at for example lounging and how you would correct them. I have 17 old retired jumping horse who kind of have a trauma from lunging and he always kicks as I ask him for canter transition - which he does not do if I'm in the saddle...
