It is good basic course for beginners and provides an introduction to speed reading. Alex encourages the attendees to experiment with different techniques to boos their speed reading. He also explains why it is important to understand that speed reading evolves with practice, and it requires personalized approach. He explains why it is equally important to understand that speed reading is a dynamic activity and it requires you to tailor it with varying needs.

I wasn't too impressed in the first quarter of the lectures but by the second test, I felt this was really worth my time. I think the content is great but the video zooms into the instructor too much.
