I had previously attempted similar courses in speed reading but this has been the first time and I believe largely due to the presentation of this course that I have been successful in my goals.

Was good, informative, perhaps suggesting to read the resources would help. A bit more information about a few things would have been better and some of the words that Jordan said were hard to understand (either his accent or the way he said it).

Good for a brief overview on known approaches to speed reading. However its too high level and not focused on practical application.

Instructor is knowledgeable and has a good pace. Appreciated the points about when speed reading is applicable and when it isn't. Also appreciated the plug-ins and apps he introduced.

There was very little content in this course. The whole thing felt like an introduction to a topic with no real depth.

Pros:
Effective videos - Not wasting time on talking not informative stuff
Bullet points - To the point, easy to remember
Cons:
Not detailed - It's like a compilation of basic knowledge, like an introductory course
Not enough exercises - It would be better if we can observe our progress. For example, if the instructor would have added another section called 'Exercises' and we would have exercises for each day for 7 days (as the title of the course implies), then compare our progress. The heavy lifting of tracking the progress and organizing the exercises are on the student alone.
Overall:
It was like a seminar. Gained basic knowledge to the point without waste of time. Instructor is good and passes ideas well. On the other hand, I would have wanted the course a bit longer with more exercises.
