The course provides a general overview of Supply Chain metrics, and I loved the way the formulas are shown, simple and easy to digest. It will not work for a highly specialized learner, this is more of an introduction, I found it adequate for my purposes.

Im in supply chain and this information is a good base for what im hoping is upcoming for my professional interests. Interesting to take into consideration that paying suppliers back at a longer rate is an increase in cashflow.

I enjoyed this class, learning and applying KPI's is part of being a Power BI professionnel. What is a good KPI ? What is needed ? What is important ? I also enjoyed the teacher's delivery, the downloadable reference material and humour. Great work. Eric (Montreal, Canada)

The course was very informative and is also a good refresher. It is well paced, well explained, great overview and good value when breaking things down as well. The instructor is clearly knowledgeable and explains things quite coherently. The videos/lectures are broken down into easy-to-digest chunks and I got to learn a lot of new concepts. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to form a knowledge base on supply chain management.
