Outdated, but generally OK. I didn't notice that the course was last updated in 2018 when I started the course, but decided to take the course anyways. Many concepts in this course are still valid. Most of the links have rotten, for example www.level-up.one does not respond at all.

Previously Tao has worked in big IT companies such as IBM and Cisco.
Tao has a MS degree in Computer Science from University of McGill and many years of experience as a teaching assistant for various computer science classes.
