I found the introduction very interesting. Some familiar words because I was a Program Manager for over 15 years. I am now considering teaching English online, with establishing a nice on Business English later on.

The course is a good breakdown of how to teach English to adults in a corporate setting. I have experience teaching English to children/teens, so many of the concepts were the same and I was already familiar with. I think that the concepts of teaching business English don't differ too much from teaching everyday English to young children, but the topics and formality of the English will obviously be different. At times it felt like the course was teaching me English rather than teaching me how to teach it, but it was a valuable resource and gave me a lot to think about.

It was excellent, I took a great deal of notes. Now that I am about to retire, it seems like an excellent new career. The presenter was extremely clear and concise. He provided just enough of the right detail.

It is a good refresher course, I did the CELTA several years ago, but I haven't used it in my work so I felt that I needed a refresher before I start giving structured English lessons. I am particularly interested in teaching Business English and I like how the teacher breaks down business tasks into easily manageable steps.

Yes I like the presenter's voice, very easy to listen to and explains everything very clearly. Update: I'm very impressed with this course, it is so thorough and far more challenging and time-consuming than what I expected. This is a positive though as I am feeling well prepared for teaching Business English

The Assignment on giving a lesson to students: Solving problems over the telephone, is a bit confusing. So far the transcripts has many misspelt words and some sentences does not make sense in the transcripts that I have downloaded. I can help with transcription if you need someone. Otherwise, so far, so good.

It has been amazing so far, just what I needed to get introduced to Business English. It is giving me clear guidelines as to what I should put the bulk of my efforts on. Also, the tutor’s English is outstanding, one can improve his or her English skills just by attentively listening to him.
