It was last updated in May 2026, and more than 258,000 students have enrolled. It is aimed mostly at career starters.

Reviewers mostly like the teaching. They call it clear, well organized and not overwhelming, and one singles out the visuals. One student followed along on a treadmill. Of roughly 49,000 reviews, about 54 percent are five stars and another 35 percent are four. The complaints are specific. Some say the Tableau screens and MySQL install look years old, and one mentions slides with 2017 statistics. A great course that links the various data topics together. I found this a useful course to remember a number of things I had long forgotten and re-connect with reporting techniques.

The instructions in the course are incomplete. In SQL section never mentioned that before writing select or any other code, we need to run the code for using the specific Database by writing and running the code - use employees; . Who will mention that the lines limit should be changed before running the whole syntax. People who are not from IT background need more specific instructions. I knew MYSQL a little bit so I figured it out. People who are new can't even understand the whole as the instructions are very inconsistent. I took extra help from google while doing the Statistic part as well. Please make it more structured.

I have learnt a lot from this course. Some of the SQL lectures were difficult to understand and when I tried to execute some of the queries the SQL connection was lost. I couldn't complete the blending data exercise on Tableau.
