La temática está bastante interesante y los videos bien explicados, pero no hay una traducción al español directamente proveída por Udemy y la que genera el navegador que estoy utilizando pues no es tan buena. Por lo tanto ahí pueden darse fallos en la comprensión.

Very good course. Please look at aligning video sections, i.e. we're on "37" with the printable guide... they differ. Easy to track but if you step away, it slows you down to come back.

Because some of the slides i only hear you voice, nothing much visual or bullet points. And i expected much more detailed analysis of examples.

The sound quality was poor. There was not enough room on the handouts to make notes, and a copy of the slides would be more helpful. In Section 2.12 the lecture repeated itself and in Section 3, points 3 & 4 are the wrong way round on the notes.

The course is a good match for me because i needed a structured approach on how to implement a BPR project in my organization. I am also doing other related courses such as business process modeling to supplement my knowledge.

The content of the course was helpful and offered layers of information relevant to the topic, but please check the voice and try to exclude the music

Yes, this course cemented some knowledge which I have and also provided some new insights such as the usefulness of six sigma, the kaizen concept and the delayering concept.

The course isn't well structured and synthesized. There doesn't seem to be solid content, let alone insights. The lecturer isn't audible: he's loud and lectures as if he's still pitching the course.

I had to use the CC feature for this course because of the Tutor's accent but it was a pretty enlightening course. The only thing is that I would have wanted a manual so I could download and keep but other than that you would have to take your own notes of which I did. Pretty good course overall.

The course is giving a full guide on how to apply business process reengineering step by step! So easy to follow and understand.
