This man knows what hes talking about. I'm an advanced artist too, I think, but I'de still like to learn...and improve. I'm learning a lot from this class!...And I have to say, wow, I think the teacher sees more detail than me!...so its good information, studying how he draws and colors..

I did not understand some of the names he was saying for the products. I finally figured it out but they are expensive and would not be good for beginners. I definitely would not recommend this for beginners as I also found his sequence awkward.. He has a couple of techniques at the end that were interesting but I found him difficult to listen to and follow much of the time.

These early lectures are ok but have no bearing on using colored pencils, totally different media and concepts. Because lectureer's English is so bad, very hard at times to understand. It's very humorus to read the transcript and see how his speecch is translated. This course is a cheap investment, and even cheaper from when I signed up yesterday (16.99-now offered at 12.99) Hopefully, when I get down to the colored pencil lectures there will be something of value. Update price now 11.99. Halfway now through the course I am enjoying it. The early lectures of the eye are frustrating for determining the number/color of pencils used. The later lectures what number pencils used are all called out. Wish this was done in the earlier lectures. A side from audio the video of steps to develop eye and skin tone is excellent.

this course has been good for me.i'm 85 yrs old i used to love drawing but like many i got we had a family drawing drifted away now we have lock down due to pandemic i'm back try to pick up drawing again and i'm loving it thanks udemy for giving me these courses.

The accent is really hard to understand. Up until half way through the course, I thought he was saying colour with “passion”, turns out he was saying “patience”! I’m quite sure he even threw in some of his own made up words as well. Really hard to follow and I had no idea I needed his kind of coloured pencils. The bird course was rushed as he was running out of time and we missed out on crucial information. The app didn’t show any reference photos, I only found them after the course by going on desktop computer.

This is an excellent course. It has taught me to slow down and really see. My art has improved already and I feel now that I can draw anything. It has taught me to push that little bit harder to achieve a more finished work.

It's definitely fascinating and interesting has a lot of relevant techniques.It's definitely good learning material that are good for potential.Because I'm catching on and it's interesting,enjoyable and cheery to me.

I began this course with no knowledge of drawing other than the wanting to do so. I have a long way to go still, but I feel this course really helped me lay a foundation for a life of art and drawing. I have seen great improvement in my art from the beginning and hope to continue to improve! Thanks Matin !

The instructor is an amazing artist. However, this is NOT a class for beginners. I learned from watching some of the lessons. However, I will need to come back to this course when I have more experience in drawing. This class would be great for some one who already has good sketching skills to draw the project outlines/shapes, and who wants to further develop their understanding of colors and how to use them to create realistic looking colored pencil art.

The instructor is an amazing artist and the course is well rounded however at times it is very difficult to understand what he is saying. English is not his first language so there is a lot of repeating of same thing over and over. I do enjoy watching his technique and there is a lot to be learned from just watching him work.
