Although these concepts are familiar, discussing each one separately helps identify them with greater precision and creates an introspective experience with a clear and specific focus for each individual aspect.

for a course that speaks about fundamentals of resilience it would be more fulfilling if there were examples on fostering resilience rather than just examples on how we (inherently) have this trait

By Anonymized User on 2/26/2026

all topics explained very well with real life examples.

I love the graphics, and I understand the advice. At this moment, it is vague and aspirational. I know that is probably to be expected, I am hoping that the other Sections will give me more to grab onto.

This is deep but relevant for a 65-year-old psych RN who does not know everything and seeks to improve my life. Your talking speed is perfect, and your British accent gives you added authority and credibility in mind. (LOL).

This is am amazing course that goes beyond what I was expecting. The instructor has a calming and relaxing way of delivering this training which supports the messages in the course around resilience.

I really enjoyed this course although a bit long. I feel that this would have been better to have been instructor led over 1/2 a day and have the class be split into different groups throughout the 4 hours to practice the exercises provided.

This is really a journey for me and I would love to go back to this lecture from time-to-time. It's a bucketful of interesting information. It will definitely be a challenge since controlling your mind, feelings, impulses and changing the way you think is not easy.

By Anonymized User on 4/3/2023

I love this course! I was able to identify why I may not be as resilient as I could be and then how to change. I look forward to putting this information to work in my life. Thank you!!

The content was good but the presentation not so much. Although I am pretty laidback I had to play Robin Hills' videos at 1.25 speed as he speaks slooowly, possibly intentionally. Also did not really like the timbre of his voice (sounded emotional all the time). Next to that there was no visual appeal to this course at all unless you fancy 90s MS Office clippy assistant. Maybe its time to redo this course to recallibrate any coginitive bias. Having said all this, again, the content is good.
