The Logo Design Process From Start To Finish (Udemy.com)

I enjoyed the course and learned alot considering I have never done graphic designing this was my 1st attempt although I got lost with certain explanations great lecturing skills well explained.

This course was amazing! It helped me a lot! I am a graphic designer student and we never learned about the "business side" of this world in school. And it gave me very useful tips to start a business as a graphic designer. Also the bonus logo design videos at the and of the course were useful and helped a lot to use the Illustrator essentials in logo design. Thank you! :)

Although Stephen gave here tons of great advice, the course has very little to do with the concept of designing logos. It lacks explanation/advice on how to get the right ideas and how to select those that truly have a chance to become a great, professional logo. Knowing Adobe tools is irrelevant here (or at least a part of some other tutorial, just like the whole story of winning clients and delivering the job are).

This course was just outstanding and it was above my expectation. Instructor taught exceptionally well and even practically designed some logos as well. At the end of the course the designing of 3 logos was really helpful to get a hand-on all the things/lessons learned during the course. Now message for the instructor: Thank you so much for such a outstanding work and keep up.

This is the second outstanding logo design course I've seen on Udemy. This one is THOROUGH! It's the first one I've seen that actually includes lessons on business documentation (like the client questionnaire, the proposal, and the contract). Great stuff on logo design as well. I highly recommend this AND the "Logo Design for Entrepreneurs" course on Udemy together. Both have tons of great stuff about design and software use. As stated, this one has some great business info. The other one elaborates a little more on how to brainstorm and come up with logo concepts based on customer input, sketches, etc.

When getting info on logo design, we mostly get technical info. This course not only shares technical instruction using Adobe Illustrator, but you will learn everything you need to know run a professional design business. I've been in business for years, and Stephen's procedures for managing clients, client information, and getting paid are incredibly professional and organized. I know this course will have a positive impact on the business side of my business. Don't get me wrong, Stephen also provides plenty of design training as well. He is a real AI pro.

This course was amazing! I loved how Stephen explained all the process of creating a logo, that is not just about going into illustrator and start drawing. The whole course was very nicely done and I learned so much! Plus, the documents he kindly shared allowed me to really polish up my client agreement document and quote!

In this course, Stephen Looney does an amazing job of educating aspiring graphic designers on the logo design process from start to finish. Unlike most internet tutorials, Stephen's tutorials are straightforward, easy to understand, and super affordable for college students, like myself. If you still consider yourself a beginner in graphic design, I highly recommend taking this course as it will greatly improve your abilities and help take you to the next level.
