I found this course useful and a good match for me. The course reinforced the importance of leading by teaching, setting high standards, and intentionally developing team members’ potential. I particularly appreciated the master-apprentice approach and the emphasis on building a strong professional network. These insights are practical and applicable to managing our team, strengthening performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth within my team.

Gave insights to some of the slips I might be making at my work front, provide a new perspective to look at the team members and interactions. Mr.Finkelstein has certainly done an excellent job in pacing, emphasizing and energizing the course delivery to ensure you are motivated to change your understanding from what could be an "I know" sort of an attitude.

I'm very happy to have stumbled upon this course and can definitively say this has been a good use of 90 minutes of my time! I love the relatable, relevant examples in each topic. I'm a manager but I see myself as a budding Superboss. This course had some incredible food for thought for me. Thank you!

This course has impacted me much more then what I expected! When I first saw the title, I thought "Superboss?! Here we go on another superficial, just-be-successful type of content!", but I was wrong! The teacher is an academic one, so he based the entire course on actual research by interviewing a number of cutting-edge leaders from many industries. Another positive surprise right since the first video was the humble, natural way the teacher speaks. I really liked it that he does not sound forced nor robotic or try to smile all the time, unlike some motivational speakers do, as if there was a one-size-fits-all kind of face. Instead, his conversational, assertive style helped me to relax, concentrate and learn valuable information. Also I loved the amont of impacting examples he provided on each lesson. Some teachers repeat a lot of theory and, when give you examples, these are too vague, not from specific cases they have studied. Here I could visualize the scenes and feel the related emotions, as the teacher constructed the narrative that supported his point. Finally, I should say I am an impostor sindrome guy, so learning that I have a superboss personality (according to the assessment I did) boosted my confidence on my traits. I am deeply thankful for doing this course! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that there could be some visual resources besides the teacher's image and the captions.

Length of each sub topic was just right so easier to stop mid way during the course and pick it up again another time. Good to have the quizzes to check on your understanding. Ideas presented make sense and reaffirms some of the things you would have heard of elsewhere or experienced.

The session was easy to digest but super informative and provided tool that I can use for myself and share with my team. The goal for me is to be better so that I can make my team better. Give them a sense of confidence, creativity, and sense of purpose. I truly thought this was a great course and for sure will recommend it to other collogues who I know will benefit from it. Thank you! The lessons were clear, concise, and well organized.

Excellent Course. Thank you Sydney for this insightful course which gives us tools we can immediately start using to be superbosses in our fields. Good to hear from trends of superbosses, that even if they approach things differently, there are common traits that superbosses apply that make them effective. It helps give a lens to the mindset of these people and what to look out for as you move up the figurative corporate ladder.
