Over the years I have been reading a lot on assertive communication, as the penny dropped one day that I had never been taught how to. This course has solidified my learning and I have already recommended this course to someone. I really liked TJ's style of teaching, it is very practical and he gives you lots of examples. TJ also opens up about his own personal experiences, where as some teachers on Udemy just talk about the course's content, which I find quite impersonal. The part on wanting people to like you/people-pleasing I found very powerful content.
