This course was a great match for me. As a Customer Support Team Manager, I regularly handle coaching conversations, employee concerns, and performance discussions. The AI role-play scenarios felt realistic and gave me an opportunity to practice active listening, empathy, and problem-solving in a safe environment. What I found most valuable was learning how to balance understanding an employee's concerns while still providing guidance and support as a leader. The interactive format made the learning more engaging than simply reading or watching content. Overall, I found the course practical, relevant to my role, and immediately applicable to real workplace conversations.
