I am at the first few course topics and analysis of human behavior and so far, it is good information. I don't think we evolve from monkeys, however I get what the analogy was explaining in the example. So good to this point, over 8 hours left to analyze.

I highly recommend this course to anyone involved in training, facilitation, or public speaking. What I particularly appreciated is how complete it is: it covers presentation skills for trainers, practical training design, and facilitation skills all in one course. The content is very practical, with many useful insights and concrete tips that I could start applying immediately in my own workshops and trainings. While the course does not prepare you for one specific training context or topic, it gives you a strong toolbox and enough guidance to extract and adapt what is most useful for your own situation, audience, and setting. Jamie Dixon explains things clearly and keeps the course engaging and actionable throughout. Overall, it was absolutely worth both the time and money investment, and I finished the course feeling more confident and better equipped as a trainer and facilitator.

This course is absolutely perfect with so much thought, experience and care taken into preparing it. The instructor is superbly engaging, charismatic and has a very direct approach, leaving out all unnecessary embellishments and focusing on what matters.

He has covered most of the topics regarding TTT. In one course, he divided the content into three different topics, which I really liked. He explained everything with a lot of examples, making it easy to understand. Overall, it is the best module.

I think it's a really valuable course, well structured and full of useful content. My suggestion - mark it a a course for the begginners/pre-intermediate. As an exerienced trainer I found the majority of the content already known (still, it was a good reminder). I would also update the course - the principles might not change so much, but the tools - yes. All in all, I really appreciate all the work put into this course!

This course is packed with a lot of useful information, handouts, guides and examples for in-person and virtual courses. It took me a few sessions to get used to the presenter's tone, inflection and hand gestures that were distracting at first. Overall, I would recommend this course and felt it was well worth my time.

I loved the short sessions. The ability to pause and play whenever I needed to was a bonus. To be honest, I had to take a class to keep my certification and that was on my mind, about 4 or 5 lessons into this program I realized that I enjoyed it and was actually learning new ways to improve my skills as a instructor. Well worth the cost and time to complete.

It was really a good session that covered all the points. Clear Communication, Engagement, Knowledge and Expertise, Assessment and Feedback, Adaptability teaching style, pace, and content to meet the varying learning styles and capabilities of the trainees.

Yes the Training content, the presenter and pace of learning was really helpful in me understand the entire Masterclass. The course and subsequent courses shall definitely help me develop as a Trainer and Facilitator .
