Good course overall, but very basic and could have used more practical scenarios. Showing different methods of SQLi, bypass techniques, etc. The overview of showing each concept (i.e., XSS, SQLi, etc.) was done on HackSplaining and could have been implemented in a better way in my opinion. Using HackSplaining is something that anybody (and a lot of people probably already have) can go to and read up on.

So far so good! I am now 60% into the course. I will update my review as I go along. For now, I can say that this course is great for those who want a straight-to-the-point crash course to web applications hacking. The instructor responds very quickly to my queries. Highly recommended!

Fantastic. Simply great. I am enjoying the course so much. I had a nightmare with Web Goat to practice web application pen testing. The instructor is using DVWA. Can install everything without any issue whatsoever and everything worked the first time. This usually doesn't happen. For any course, setting up the lab is the most frustrating part.

I knew nothing about Penetration testing and Hacking. I have some prior knowledge in PHP and Python, now I find them to be in good use. The tools that has been used in this course also looks so handy. The real world application looks pretty good.

The lectures explains all the common vulnerabilities that usually present on the web applications. Most things were according to the real world scenarios. Some attacks surprised me. Overall, it's a great course for the web app hacking. I finished 100% of the course, it's one of the best courses out there. Highly recommended!

This course is a good introduction to web vulnerabilities detection and exploitation, I'd like to have a few more exercises to practice. However the explain of vulnerabilities types and the risk of every one is excelent.
