I have been a professional musician for over twenty years and a professional videographer for over 6 years and I am ready to bring what I've learned from making tons of mistakes, and having great learning experiences, to share with those who are looking to learn about music and videography, so they don't have to make the same mistakes I did. I hope my courses bring people freedom and joy in the things that I'll be teaching.

A lot of good information but speaker is not engaging or enthusiastic. Not enough information on gear and how it is used. Definately learning.

Overall details are super vague and not helpful. I recently moved over to CreativeLive and watched several courses there that were way more interactive. A guy sitting on a couch (what a weird setting) who is completely monotone going over the basics isn't helpful at all. I would recommend checking out others like Taylor Jackson or Sam Hurd - even if you aren't doing photography (which I'm not.) The overall course is for someone who truly does not know ANYTHING about weddings or shooting film whatsoever. I think most of his 10-12 minute sections could have been condensed into 2-3 minutes with more real world examples. I would have liked to see more over the shoulder type views and better walk throughs of gear, lens choices, and more. If you're only paying $10 like me, it's a fine place to start, but it's not going to get you set up to start filming just yet.

I am not done with the course, but I am enjoying every bit of it. i wish there would've been more visual instead of slides. For example the part where the teach talks about Monopod, I wish he coul've had shown us a video of the actual monopod and demonstrate all the moves. Nevertheless, this is a great course and I hope to learn so much more. Thanks
