Course Description

GATK4 pipeline using Galaxy is a scientific workflow especially for the students not having expertise in Linux operating system and other command-line interfaces (CLI) for NGS data analysis. This course will cater to undergraduate and postgraduate students from a wide range of life sciences disciplines to work independently from data retrieval to publishing their articles. No doubt there are cloud computing and commercial high performance computing cluster facilities are available in the world but this course will provide you the insight that how to analyze multi-omics data with limited financial resources without having much expertise in programming and knowhow to computer languages.

Sci., Lahore Pakistan and Uni. of Missouri-Columbia, USA. He is also trained in Statistical and Quantitative Genetics from Uni. of Washington-Seattle, USA.
His research interest areas are Molecular Genetics, Genomics, and Bioinformatics.
