There are a lot of details that a person needs to know in each category that aren't discussed enough. For example if you are going to start a business where eventually you will hire other people, like a dog walking business for example, one of the biggest challenges that was never mentioned is that in order to hire good people requires a great deal of skill. And managing people in general requires a great deal of skill. People go to college just to study management or human resource management. It's not a small detail. I generally liked the course but i think it can be more interesting. In my opinion rather than going through 10 different ideas to make passive income it can be more effective and productive to choose three or four at most of the best methods and to go through them in detail. -Thanks anyway

We see them in action all around us all the time. We just don't think about incorporating them into an income stream for ourselves.
