The course is good for me in that it shows that communication is about understanding who your audience is and their value system and then tailor your communication to that.

You are explaining in better way that has helped me but just a simple suggestion just try taking a bit more pauses then usual since your flow becomes like paragraph rather than a normal teaching or conversation.

If you already have a basis for connecting with others, have studied in the arts or humanities, or deal with clients on a professional setting, you may find the course very surface level.

This wasn’t very effective for visual or hands-on learners. There was a lot of talk, which made it difficult to absorb the information. More actionable, interactive elements or a clear summary tied to concrete actions would have helped the content stick—even for audio learners. Otherwise good points, need to be more how and action.

The course was good. It highlighted things that we know but often ovelooked, such as body language or the fear of appearing overconfindent. I have noticed that I tend to use phrases like 'kind of' and keep my tone low to avoid sounding too confident or trying to be better than others. After taking this course I feel encourgaged to start applying what I 've learned, even in mall social groups. I also struggle in articualting myself clearly, and I want to improve both my speaking and writting skills, especially in meetings. Sometimes I end up not sharing my thoughts because I'm unsure how to express my point effectively. Thanks you so much.
