3 Minute Italian - Free taster course | Beginner lessons (Udemy.com)

This is my first time taking a language course. Because it’s in small bites of 3min, I wasn’t overwhelmed. Even though it’s the first few lessons in a new language, there’s a good mix of short and longer words. After every 3 min, I am able to speak at least one new sentence and it gives me a sense of achievement.

Nothing much but what else can be expected in 1-hour course. Honestly, I tried to learn Italian through coaching but that never worked out because the tutor wasn't good and I was stuck at sentence formation. This short course has taught me what I was looking for. Very simple and yet amazing.

I cannot thank Kieran enough for this course. He has made learning Italian so easy and so much fun. As I have always struggled with languages I cannot believe how easily I picked this up and more importantly how easily I can actually remember it. Next course is already brought and waiting.

it is actually helping my confidence to learn a different language and do that in a very kind, smooth manner. Also, the purpose which is teaching Italian is happening very very quickly. One more positive thing is showing the sentences and waitings on the screens are almost more than perfect. Very good design. I'm only seeing that the course is very short. I hope there would be more and comprehensive grammar and vocab lessons over there.

Nice assortment of words but not enough to be useful for anything but minor sentences of approval (or not) such as it’s beautiful, it’s not beautiful, etc. However, I would consider taking other 3 minute language lessons due to size of each “chunk” (mostly 2-4 minutes) ... just need more chunks before being able to converse. Good vocabulary builder.

The course is made up of small bites of teaching in the see it-say it format. The pace is excellent, perfect really, the diction is clean and clear, and the rate of repetition is adequate for persons of normal intelligence, which is what most of us are. The taster course is free; there's no real reason not to try it.

I took a basic Italian course at the local community college several years ago, but basically forgot most of it. I believe this technique will be quicker in developing a conversational ability(obviously limited in vocabulary) than the traditional language course work.

This course is actually a preview for a full paid one, but it is pretty good. It is based on listening to the instructor saying simple words and sentences and they practicing by translating those words and sentences from English to Italian and vice versa. The course does not touch any grammar or sentence building but it will teach you about 20 words and their pronunciation and you'll be able to compose some general statements using them.

Timeline of three minutes each day is do-able. Instructor gives a little instruction at a time and puts it all together. Very practical. Three minutes a day is manageable no matter how busy you are. There is lots of practice which is great! Highly recommend it.

The Course ran at a suitable speed for the absolute beginner, and the instructor spoke very clearly and explained things perfectly. This gave me confidence throughout the course. I thoroughly enjoyed the learning, and working through Italian, and I look forward to learning the instructor's German, French and Spanish Courses which I have enrolled for. A wonderful course for the beginner. Absolutely recommended.
