Competence = Confidence that i Understood , I know whom I am and what i am doing . But Now I will be doing single thing to become Competence one by one in my Career Objectives. Fitness - Is very Much Required to Get Confidence as body will give you stamina to do any thing with extreme . "Joe" - Appreciated the simple and understandable contents Hats-of :)

It was a good experience. I know some of what was suggested and it works. Sometimes people will not respond well to your smile but it still made me feel better when I smiled than when I would refrain from smiling. The instructor is positive and encouraging. It is important if a person is shy. I believe the course could be improved by adding more content about body language.

Despite the fact that this course is very short, Joe gets right to the point of what can boost your confidence. This course is not very comprehensive and some practical tips & tricks would be nice additions.

I appreciated Joe's energy. Good stuff. Common knowledge for me, but some people may be introverted and not think of these things when interacting with others. Joe provided a definition of Confidence. However, I think he should contrast 'confidence' with 'self esteem' by providing back to back examples.

It's simply not worth the little time it spent to watch it. Other courses have hours of detailed and researched information with worksheets and other supplements. This course gives a blank calendar pdf and a few minutes of very basic information.

His other courses might be great but this one is simply not worth to me. I cannot even call this a presentation, a lecture nevermind. In my opinion, this course is lazily made. Either it should be improved greatly or taken out.
