I have go through this whole course and after watching all the videos, i can say that it is so basic level. instructor have to explain each and every tool under the microsoft word like file menu, insert menu etc so that students can learn easily in an effective way. those students who don't know what is microsoft word and how to use it, it would be the beneficial for them. I needed to know about the margins, some times I insert pics and they won't go where I want or I cannot type because a pic takes up too much space..I guess I needed more info. I know there are more courses but I think I need more in the basic course. I did learn about the smart art and the shadowing options for pics. Thank you for the effort.

I fhan that eel that the sound was not that good. I had to hook up speakers to hear it, other that the instructor was good with the discription of the course.
