Hey there, I'm Dylan. I'm a music producer and songwriter in Los Angeles, CA. I want to help you get started making music right now. You don't need to know every little detail in Ableton's very powerful music production software–you just need to know enough of the basics to get familiar with making music using Ableton. That's what I'm here to do.

SAVING LIVE SET IS A BIT DIFFERENT NOW, DELETING IT ALSO. I DID IT WITH THE HELP OF AI BUT TOOK ME LONGER. Clip view is also completely different now, i couldn’t apply any info from these videos. Many things here is too old and useless now.

You could do with an update to this course to the latest software. The latest version is very different to this outdated version.

When I started this course I literally knew nothing about Ableton. If I'm being completely honest I didn't even know that it was a thing. When I ordered my APC mini mk2 it came with access to Ableton live Lite and I knew that if i was going to be successful with my dreams of producing music then i really need to learn about this impressive program. Now that I'm half way thru I've already began on a few new beats and I've recorded quite a few MIDI samples.
